No drilling, we just unbolt your seat, slide this in, and the pressure of the seat getting bolted back down holds this in place. Another nice perk, is the subwoofer is downfiring... so it has no threat of being kicked or damaged. All ran by a 400 watt Alpine amp, this package sounds awesome, and takes up no usable space!
