The Legendary, AudioControl Epicenter, is quite a piece. To simplify what it does, is it restores bass to your music, that was lost (or never there). This can happen during compression of digital music, or older recordings that the bass was intentionally removed.
The Epicenter takes the musical information that IS present in the song, and presents bass in an octave below. This can transform the end result dramatically! There is a dash mounted level control knob for convenient tuning on the go
