Deposit payments, missed or rescheduling appointments

All appointments will require a partial deposit. This deposit payment will be fully applied towards your final invoice, with one exception... If you fail to contact us beforehand, and "no-call, no-show". Under this circumstance, we will have an empty install bay that we could have used for another job. The deposit payment only covers a small portion of the shop's financial loss, for the lost appoinmtment, and will not be refunded.

Appointments can be rescheduled, as long as it is done more than 24 hours prior to your appointment. This can be done through our online vCita booking system.

Extreme weather, family emergencies, and other unforseen circumstances will be forgiven, even if its less than 24 hours before your appointment. As long as we are contacted, we will let you reschedule with no loss of the deposit.

 

Shop supply fee

For every install, aside from install labor, there is a seperate shop supply fee. This fee is to cover the costs of supplies used for your installation. Electrical tape, harnessing tape, zipties, relays, solder, connectors, diodes, bulk primary wire, velcro, 2 sided tape, screws, bolts/nuts, etc. We use quality install supplies, to ensure your install will last for many years.

 

Installation labor guarantee

 

All of our installation labor will recieve a guarantee. For installs where the products are purchased from us, we offer a lifetime guarantee. If the products are not, we offer a 1 year guarantee. If our install has been tampered with, we have the right to void our labor guarantee.

 

Issues after an install

 

In the rare event that you are having issues with your vehicle after an install, contact us first! Even if you are not sure it is related to our project, we would rather have you reach out to us first. If you bring the vehicle to the dealership first, without alerting us first, we are not responsible for reimbursing you for any charges.
